Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were gorgeously comfy and cozy, although a bit small, filled with the comforting aroma of cooking oil. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our 50th wedding anniversary extra special. The location was perfect, especially for travelers arriving by train, right in the heart of Galway City. The dining experience, with delicious homemade preserves and freshly baked warm scones, was a true delight. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, right in the heart of the city, and great value for money. However, my room had a bit of a gloomy view from the window. It was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, bug-free and extremely comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and fantastic shower; I couldn't fault a single thing. The only downside was that my room overlooked the back alley where bar staff would drag empty beer barrels late into the night.
The hotel room was comfortable and clean, albeit a bit small for the price paid. The view from the window was obstructed by a nearby office, limiting natural light. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect for exploring Galway, with everything we needed in the vicinity. Dining options were varied and delicious, enhancing our overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfy and spacious, and surprisingly quiet despite being above the bar area. The overlook of Eyre Square from my room was simply stunning. The cleanliness and high-quality amenities in the room made my stay very pleasant. However, accessing the service closet near my room was a bit disturbing at times, but the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. The location is superb, near Eyre Square and within walking distance of all the main sights. The dining experience was good, though the pancakes could have been better. Overall, a great value for money hotel with a few minor downsides.
The hotel rooms were lovely, with a nice touch of mint on the bed, clean, and high-spec despite some limitations in size and views. The location was excellent, especially for lone travelers, with easy access to shopping and social spots. The service was exceptional, with very nice and friendly staff providing helpful attentions. The dining experience was great with plenty to choose from.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The rooms were comfortable but could use some updating, while the service was outstanding despite some minor cleanliness concerns. The location was excellent, close to transportation and dining options, and the dining experience was enjoyable with a few hiccups in pricing. Overall, a decent option for a stay.
