The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

The room was smaller than I expected. The noise from nearby pubs was quite loud at night (it was difficult to sleep before 2 am). The breakfast buffet lacked variety.

i booked a double room, it had a comfortable bed with nice sheets. the room included a tv with multiple channels. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries i found very useful. a quiet atmosphere added to a restful night.

the elevator music was repetitive! and a bit annoying.

The staff were so kind and patient. They answered all my questions with joy. The taxi arrived quickly with their help. I left my luggage there for a day and felt safe. The bed offered deep sleep, a real comfort.

helpful staff convenient location close train dated flooring noise level smoke smell

The reception staff provided assistance for a meeting i needed to arrange. The staff offered water and guidance. The location was very convenient, being right across from a main square. The train station was also just a few blocks away.

The flooring looked a little dated. That needed updating. The noise from the bar below went on quite late. I also noticed a distinct smell of smoke from the outside area.

The hotel is in a superb location. I was able to easily walk to shops and attractions. The front desk staff offered really good assistance. They provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and transportation options.

I noticed very slight wear on some of the furniture.
